MONDAYS SUCK!!
Is there a group of stuffy old men sitting somewhere in Switzerland (where else) that deals with issues of weekdays? You know like the group that sat down (in Switzerland I bet) and decided that Pluto can no longer hack it as a planet.... Can we have another group that gets rid of weekdays and vote out monday
Hands up those that agree with me. Here are a few reasons why I particularly want this monday out
Harambee stars lost Again!!!
My Radio has developed a mind of its own and has taken the last two days off.
The 9th parliament is still sleeping
The weekend had no league games
I have to work
Iam not paid enough to work here (and I never will be!)
It is the 1st day of a week that has friday the 13th!!!!
That dude is still going on about Kikwete (YAWN!!!)
Ok now am reaching...................................add any more that make you hate this monday

My reasons for hating this monday
I woke up at about 5.30; there were no lights at home
I literally looked for the candles
Gas was out at home so used the smoky stove to heat the water and we have always assumed we don't need a heater
Time was running out (psss) used luke warm water to shower (Eiiish)
And finally couldnt tell what clothes i was wearing; torn, ironed, missing a button, yes i couldnt tell
On getting to the office
My boss calls me to discuss something which he knew what it was so he need not call me to his office anyway!!
i carry food to work sometimes but my sister and her relatives decided to eat all the food and i don't really like hotel food
Can't we just have Monday scrapped?
And you know too, i couldn't see my body as i was showering because the lights were out!
I think mine is a dawg's life, really
I raise both hands and feet in accordance to them getting rid of Monday !
Why cant they say Monday indeed is weekend & call it SatSunday ??
I agree with the not being paid enough (to look busy ) part ...
I suggest you give the radio a good kick...works wonders on mine. I giveit the Abu Ghraib treatment and quickly resumes working bila shidaz !
I hate Monday because I can...Aaaaannnd...its just another day that comes between me andmy friday !
As for the Kikwete issue...I will hand you a note like we did in primo ..lest we get kicked out too tsk tsk tsk...

here is the clincher, I slept late last night, coz there was an assignment due today.
Then I wake up and get an email from the prof that deadline was extended to friday.
I should be happy but I am PISSED off!

OK so it's official. We all hate Mondays. Whoever came up with Mondays needs to be exhumed...and shot to death!

now mondays, which other day of the week can you come late to work and give a lame excuse? excuses, like jana i was in shaggs (kumbe you were in kachoi) and there were no buses to nai until...
guys monday is great. plus you can do no work or as little as possible and blame it on monday blues.
i propose we make wednesday a...eh, midweekend (or spomething like that... week-mid) then we can have two days to look forward to each week, tuesday and friday.
about the clothes thingii, it happens every day to me.

Idd is Tuesday not Monday, the reason i will hate Next Monday. How do i convince my boss to let me take next monday off. I am not even eligible for leave as yet.
